This is the shortlist of the contenders for the Innovation Awards. A professional jury will select the winners in the following categories:

- Beverages
- Technology
- Kitchen Equipment
- Furniture & Decoration
In each category, they will also elect a winner for the Sustainability Award.
The winners will be announced on Sunday 17th November during the official opening of Horeca Expo.
