Uit alle inzendingen worden vier finalisten geselecteerd, die hun ijscreatie tijdens Horeca Expo live bereiden en voorstellen aan de jury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Die jury bestaat dit jaar uit vier gerenommeerde experts uit de ijs- en gelatowereld:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Christian Wu<\/strong> van Gelateria Giotto, in maart 2026 in Las Vegas uitgeroepen tot wereldkampioen ijsbereiding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maryne Poppe<\/strong> van Tendance Glac\u00e9e, ambachtelijk ijsbereider en bekroond als beste Belgische ijsambachtsman<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bas van Haaren<\/strong>, SVH Meesterijsbereider en internationaal gelatoconsultant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hans D\u2019heer<\/strong>, gastdocent aan de Bakkerijschool Ter Groene Poorte, Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna en Syntra West<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Op maandag 16 november vindt op de stand van Colac (2225 in hal 2) de nieuwe editie van de Colac Ice Cream Challenge plaats.
