Sei tu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens Horeca Expo krijgt pizzavakmanschap een internationaal podium met de Europe Pizza League. Na de succesvolle uitbouw van de Belgium Pizza League groeit de competitie nu door naar Europees niveau. Daarmee wil de organisatie getalenteerde pizzabakkers uit verschillende landen samenbrengen en de rijkdom en diversiteit van de Europese pizzacultuur extra in de kijker zetten.<br>De Europe Pizza League profileert zich als een platform waar talent, authenticiteit en ambacht samenkomen. De wedstrijd wil uitzonderlijke pizzaioli ontdekken, vakkennis belonen en de pizzakunst verder versterken via een competitie waarin kwaliteit, respect voor traditie en innovatie hand in hand gaan.<br>De deelnemers worden beoordeeld door een internationale vakjury met gerenommeerde meester-pizzaioli, chefs en sensori\u00eble experts. Dankzij hun ervaring en expertise staat de competitie garant voor een hoogstaand niveau en een professionele beoordeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er wordt gestreden in vijf categorie\u00ebn:<br><strong>\u2022 Classic pizza<br>\u2022 Napoletana STG<br>\u2022 Pizza in Teglia<br>\u2022 Contemporary Neapolitan<br>\u2022 Pizza Dessert<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De organisatie en realisatie van de wedstrijd worden mogelijk gemaakt door <strong>Little Italy Forni<\/strong>, hoofdsponsor van de competitie en marktleider in Belgi\u00eb in de verkoop van professionele pizzaovens en gespecialiseerde machines voor pizzeria\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il miglior pizzaiolo!
