En consultant la liste de palmar\u00e8s, une multitude de noms renomm\u00e9s, de grands repr\u00e9sentants de la gastronomie belge et de talents culinaires prometteurs sont \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir\u00a0\u00bb, fait savoir <strong>Robert Van Landeghem<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sident du Club Prosper Montagn\u00e9. Comme entr\u00e9e ils serviront une soupe de poissons de la mer du Nord avec prises accessoires. Les candidats ont le choix entre huit ingr\u00e9dients : grondin, merlan, plie, barbue, bulots, coques, crevettes grises et crabe de la mer du Nord. Selon le r\u00e8glement du concours ce plat doit \u00eatre compos\u00e9 d\u2019un minimum de quatre de ces ingr\u00e9dients. En plus, un de ces ingr\u00e9dients devra \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en quenelle de fa\u00e7on classique Escoffier. Ensuite comme plat principal les candidats pr\u00e9pareront le dos de cerf belge avec chicons de pleine terre. Ces candidat(e)s iront en finale de cette \u00e9dition anniversaire.
