Inside Sales


More specifically, as a Telemarketer/Call center agent you will:

– Contact (mainly through outbound calling) prospective clients to drive awareness of the Viva Wallet offering and competitive advantage with the ultimate target of setting an appointment to be attended by the field sales team;
– Build rapport and business relationship by asking the right questions to get a clear idea of the prospect current needs and systems / services in place in relation to Viva Wallet offerings;
– Make a positive and compelling presentation of the products/ services driven by your in depth understanding of the market and the product / services features / advantages for the specific prospect;
– Close by setting an appointment for a member of the field sales team or by scheduling a call back if this option would increase success probabilities for setting an appointment;
– Enter and update customer data / other useful information in the CRM system;
– Always strive to talk to a Decision-Making Contact and qualify your prospects;
– Be eager to discuss and resolve issues with your supervisor in order to contribute to better call results;
– Undertake all relevant training and refresh training as relevant to your role;
– Promote a team spirit and be able to learn from your colleagues
