competition & demonstration kitchen

For years, Horeca Expo has been a platform for a lot of culinary contests and demonstrations. The Competition & Demonstration Kitchen is situated at the entrance of hall 8 and is during the whole fair accessible for all visitors.

coffee and tea academy

You can follow live the course of a few Belgian Championships, organised by the Specialty Coffee Association. You can also get inspired during one of many lectures by coffee and tea experts or you can attend a thematic workhop.

During this five-day top event, we offer a wide range of seminars and events.

masterclasses chef

Chef’s Place is the meeting place for top chefs.
This exclusive zone is only accessible on invitation by the organisation.
It's also the opportunity to follow a Masterclass by top chefs for top chefs.

masterclasses wine & spirits

The Wine & Spirits Village is situated next to Chef’s Place in hall 8. In collaboration with WineWise, we organise specific Masterclasses Wine & Spirits.
This zone is only accessible on invitation by the organisation.
