Registration and entrance

If you are in possession of a registration code, please register via our website for a free visit to Horeca Expo (registrations will be opened September 2020).

As from September 2020, you can register via our website.

After this registration, you’ll receive a confirmation containing a digital ticket.
Be aware: you need to print this ticket and bring it along with you. If you don’t have a printed ticket, you will have to pay € 10.

The registration codes are distributed by our exhibitors. Feel free to contact your supplier to obtain a code.

No, you need to register online using the registration code on your invitation card. After this registration, you’ll receive a ticket by email that you need to print out.

No, Chef’s Place is only accessible on invitation by the organisation.

The printed entry permit is a service that we provide for our exhibitors. We kindly ask you to wear this permit with a lanyard around the neck. Thanks to the scan of the QR code, the exhibitor receives the coordinates of the visitor.

Professional visitors in the catering industry without invitation, pay € 50,00 at the cash register on presentation of a business card.

You can re-enter the fair on the same day. You can ask our hosts for a stamp.

No, your entrance ticket can only be used once. If you want to visit Horeca Expo during multiple days, you need to have extra registration codes.

No, Horeca Expo is exclusively accessible for trade visitors.

Horeca Expo is a professional trade fair. Children aren’t allowed.

Pets are not allowed in the halls, for hygienic reasons.

Practical information

Horeca Expo takes place from 22 till 26 November 2020.

Horeca Expo takes place in Flanders Expo, Maaltekouter 1, 9051 Ghent.

Every day from 10.30 am till 6 pm.

There are 2 entrances: via hall 1 & via hall 8.

Each visitors receives a free floor map at the entrance of the fair.

Definitely! Horeca Expo is easily accessible by public transport.

Take the train to the station of Gent-Sint-Pieters. Tram n° 1 will take you to Horeca Expo for free (upon presentation of your entrance ticket for Horeca Expo).
This tram rides every 5 minutes.

We have 2 parkings at your disposal:

Parking Station Gent-Sint-Pieters

  • Guarded and roofed parking spaces
  • Easy connection, no traffic jam!
  • Free tram. Every 7 minutes with terminus at the entrance of Horeca Expo.
  • Address: Sint-Denijslaan 244, 9000 Ghent
  • € 2,80 per hour

Parking B&C on The Loop

  • Guarded parking spaces
  • Attention: difficult circulation!

Yes, you can find a wardrobe at the entrance of hall 1 & 8.

There aren’t any lockers available.
Backpacks can by handed over at the wardrobe.

You’ll find an ATM in the entry zone of hall 1.

There is free WiFi available in all halls. Please select the network ‘Flanders Expo’.

You can find various catering points across the fair.

Yes, the Red Cross has a limited number of wheelchairs at their disposal in hall 1.
We advice to make a reservation in advance via +32 (0)9 241 97 13.

No, in accordance of the European law on smoking Flanders Expo is a smoke-free building. We created special smoking corners between the halls.

Holiday Inn Gent Expo is situated next to Flanders Expo.

Yes, you can find the staff of the Red Cross in hall 1 and hall 8.
